How I would like this go:

After discussions and claiming the slot you'll send me proper reference sheet of your oc
(Toy house is best)

You can pay before or after sketch
(When is sketch done I will not continue until paid)
You have 2 months to pay, I will send you week before pay date and if I'll not recieve a payment confirmation the slot will be automatically deleted

I will accept payment via paypal or bank transport (only for czech people) and will finish the art
.
I have two months to finish the commissions, if there'll be some problems I will DM you or return you money
